
Ray and Clinton Nesci
Ray and Clinton Nesci are prominent figures in Australia's bonsai community, renowned for their expertise and dedication to the art. In 1979, Ray established the Ray Nesci Bonsai Nursery on a 5-acre property in Dural, approximately 40 minutes north of Sydney. Since its inception, the nursery has been a cornerstone for bonsai enthusiasts, offering a diverse selection of plant material, pots, and accessories.
Clinton, Ray's son, serves as the Director of the nursery. He attended The Hills Grammar School and furthered his horticultural education at the Ryde School of Horticulture, obtaining a Nursery Trade Certificate.
Together, Ray and Clinton have introduced and cultivated several new bonsai cultivars, including:
